Building on Dr. John Hattie’s landmark synthesis of educational research identifying what works best in student learning, co-author Dr. Kateri Thunder applies these principles to early childhood. Participants will explore how to design intentional, language-rich experiences across literacy, math, and social-emotional domains. Participation in a Michigan endorsed/sponsored event allows MAISA use of photos, videos and/or film containing participant likeness for promotional purposes including posting on the MAISA website, social media sites, and in print/digital advertisements.
