The Early Childhood Administrators Network (ECAN) consists primarily of ISD/ESA/RESA senior Early Childhood leaders from across the state. ECAN supports the delivery of early childhood programs and services of ISDs and RESAs, aligning with the goals of the MAISA Early Childhood Committee.
